If you already take Sculpt360 classes, you probably already notice the difference it makes in your everyday life. You probably are standing taller, you’re definitely more balanced. Oh, and yeah, you’re strong as hell.
What you might not have known that is that Sculpt360 can make for a great form of cross training for runners, too!
In fact, Runner’s World named megaformer classes in the Top 10 for best fitness class for runners, noting that this class not only strengthens your muscles but adds a cardiovascular component to the workout which, as we know, is beneficial for runners. Running is a high impact sport with the same repetitive movement. Sculpt360, on the other hand, is a good compliment because the workout focuses on slow, full body movements that are low impact.

Here at Sculpt360, we are getting excited for the 10 Mile Broad Street Run on May 5th! Megaformer classes focus on core strength, single-sided movements that work out muscular imbalances, and improvement of flexibility. We believe that our workout is such an awesome addition to the runner’s journey.
Therefore, we want to offer our clients a special program for those running Broad Street 2019. When you sign up for our special Broad Street 2x per week package at $180 per month for March and April, you will also receive a beginner or intermediate training plan to help get you across the Broad Street finish line! Our Marlton Sculpt360 instructor, Carly, and her husband, Marc, an online running coach at TrainwithMarc, have each been running for over 20 years. They will be developing a beginner and intermediate training program for the Sculpt Squad. The 10 week training starts February 25, 2019.
The beginner program will be geared toward runners who run at least twice a week already and plan to incorporate 2 days of cross training at Sculpt360 and 3-4 days of running.
The intermediate program will be for the established runner who runs at least 4 times a week already and plans to cross train 2 times per week at Sculpt360 and run 4-5 times per week.
